The Columbia River Oncology Program (CROP) is a Community Clinical Oncology Program (CCOP) currently in its 23rd year. The National Cancer Institute (NCI) oversees this program. Consortium affiliates include health care systems and providers in the metropolitan Portland, Oregon and Vancouver, Washington area.
Adventist Medical Center, Northwest Cancer Specialists, Providence Health & Services, and Southwest Washington Medical Center take part in CROP. CROP provides state of the art clinical trials in cancer prevention, symptom control and treatments, advancing the knowledge of cancer and improving the health of our community.
